Bedrooms
Four en-suite bedrooms plus one powder room on the main floor.
Bedroom One: Top-level en suite bedroom with one king-sized bed. Located off the living room with sweeping ocean and pool views.
Bedroom Two: Mid-level en suite bedroom with one king-sized bed, glass doors opening to a lounge and dining room.
Bedroom Three: Mid-level en suite bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined to make one king-sized bed. This bedroom opens up to the mid-level outdoor patio with ocean and pool views.
Bedroom Four: Lower-level en suite bedroom with one king-sized bed. This compact bedroom opens up to the lower-level outdoor patio with pool and garden views.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, showers, and lock boxes for your valuables.
Kitchen
The chef’s delight kitchen with a marble-clad island is fully stocked with new appliances, dishware, stemware, etc.
Lounge Spaces
The top-level lounge has a cathedral ceiling, open beams, wall-mounted TV, access to a balcony, and outdoor dining. Tastefully decorated and accessorized, the interior design becomes the backdrop for the views.
The mid-level features a sunroom, indoor dining/home office space, two private balconies, and two covered terraces.
Top-of-the-line, new air conditioners and ceiling fans keep the air moving and pleasantly cool in all rooms.
All lounges are equipped with Apple HomePods for seamless music throughout the villa. AppleTV+ and Netflix are available on the SmartTV in the main floor lounge.
Superfast secure Wi-Fi is available throughout the property including all bedrooms and outdoors near the swimming pool.
Outdoors
Enjoy the new limestone-clad infinity swimming pool, wrap-around deck, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and umbrellas.
Haad Yao Beach is about an eight-minute walk from Villa Marlo. Most guests use motorbikes or cars for their transportation around the neighbourhood or island.
Guest Access
Villa Marlo is situated near the top of a steep hill. It is a three-level home with numerous level changes from the front entry gate down to the swimming pool. This property is not advised for guests with mobility limitations.
Transportation
Villa Marlo is approximately 20 minutes from the ferry pier along the western coast of Koh Phangan island.
Given the hill location of the villa, we suggest renting motorbikes or a 4-wheel drive car. The on-site carport accommodates one vehilce and several motorbikes.
Motorbike, vehicle, and taxi services are readily available from the pier. We are happy to recommend preferred providers.
Neighborhood
Haad Yao neighbourhood offers numerous coffee shops and local and international dining options ranging from fine dining to casual local food.
We’ll be happy to point you toward some of our favourite trails, shopping, and restaurants, all accessible on two wheels.
